BRO has started a project to honor Motorcycle Riders who have passed on.  The project involves  steel memorial plates in the shape of motorcycles with the fallen riders names on plaques at the memorial. The memorial is currently being erected at the Blue Mountain Grill on Hwy 9.


BRO had the first annual Riders Remembered Run  August 7th - A video of the run is available on the Photo's page

On Sat at Rushing Wind Biker Church, "BRO" made a presentation for one of the first memorial plaques to go up.  A framed picture of the fallen rider was also presented to the daughter. 

On Oct 10th Riders From Sound Harley came to the Bikers Remembered Memorial at the Blue Mountain Grill to honor Jay Jones "Viper" .  Jay was a service Tech at Sound Harley.  Many of Jay's friends rode up from Sound Harley to have a short memorial service while Jay's daughter placed the plaque on the memorial sign.

A: There is no cost to the individual or group wishing to remember their rider.

Q: Who maintains the memorial?

A: Bikers Reaching Out maintains the memorial site along with the Blue Mountain Grill. BRO purchases the plaques and wall material and has the plaques printed up.

Q: How is it paid for?

A: The Memorial is funded by donations from family members of fallen riders, Motorcycle organizations and local businesses.
